1. For participants presenting oral or poster presentations, the registration fee is CNY 518 per person. The registration entitlement includes conference lunches, coffee breaks, conference gift pack, urban cultural experience activities, and printed conference certificate. 

*Travel and accommodation expenses shall be borne by participants themselves.

2. Acceptance notifications will be issued in multiple rounds. The first-round payment system will open at 12:00 on 28 September 2026 and close at 12:00 on 5 October 2026. Accepted authors who fail to pay the registration fee before the deadline will be deemed to have forfeited their participation.
